The objectives of this project were to give an overview of the brand’s status, assess its current condition against the competition, to review its sources of brand equity, to look at effectiveness (or not) and to suggest ways to improve and/or leverage the equity toward greater brand effectiveness. Our group looked into Beyond Meat and found that their biggest issue was a lack of differentiation between them and their competitors. In addition to our research and overview, we provided strategy recommendations for the brand going forward.
